We used Carlie to sell my stepfather's home and she was amazing to work with. She put together an excellent marketing plan, suggested upgrades that would increase the sale price significantly and has a bevy of contractors that were able to take care of some minor issues. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a quick and successful sale. I would give her more than 5 stars, but that is all the system allows. When I'm not working, my husband and I are busy exploring the great outdoors with our energetic Vizsla, Brandy, and taking on exciting new projects, such as owning rental properties across the PNW and remodeling our own home in Enumclaw, WA.
